Terri Hill made it all come together for us. Her professional skills and bright, energetic personality made us feel confident. I recall her being available 24/7 through phone and computer as my son and I met with her to check out each promising listing, over a harried three day visit we made. Her high-tech business made the proceedings seamless, even allowing us to return home during escrow and closing, as we kept in constant touch through phone, fax, e-mail, and roving notary. We purchased the perfect condo for our son. Fast forward two years & our son transferred north again, to a specialty college for a degree in Sound Engineering. Terri also has an excellent property management business, and we asked her to take us on. The condo has now become a promising investment as it has evolved into a rental for us; again with Terri's help. Should we ever need further realtor services in San Diego, there is no one else we would use. We highly recommend her.
